Our Full Service Design + Renovation Experience was created to reduce the inherent stress of renovations. By creating ease and confidence from planning through construction, we help client’s breathe a sigh of relief knowing their home is in excellent hands. We understand that this more than a renovation. It’s personal… a part of your family’s story. And we take that seriously.
From kitchen and bathroom remodeling to whole-home updates, we manage the design, planning, permitting, and construction details so you don’t have to. As a result, you can enjoy a beautiful, functional home without the renovation headaches.
NOTE: We do not participate in the common construction environment of low balling or intentionally leaving out parts of the project just to win the job. If pinching every single penny is the paramount focus of a project, we may not be the best fit. We won’t be able to start next week either. Why? Because great planning takes time and we don’t negotiate on work done in excellence.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN + RENOVATIONS IN 6 SIMPLE STEPS
1. WELCOME CALL
Let’s get to know one another!
A 30 minute Welcome Call allows time to talk directly with our Design team, answer your burning questions, and maybe even get an estimated average price range for your project.
You are about to embark on a new relationship with a team who will be working in your home and caring for your financial investment. It’s important to get to know and like your team from day one.

2. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Your project is a major investment, and we want everyone to understand it fully. We provide an honest, thorough evaluation of your space for an accurate estimate based on your preferences and our findings.
Includes:
- On-site evaluation
- Inspection for code upgrades
- Visual utility evaluation
- 3D floor plan documentation
- Measurements
- Discussion of your goals
In a follow-up Zoom meeting, you’ll see a live 3D visual rendering of new layout options.
A Scope of Work and ranged estimate is provided for your review.
INVESTMENT: Starting at $750 for kitchens, $480 for other spaces—credited to your contract. Engineering services not included.
3. DESIGN PLAN
Next we bring your dream to life by creating all your personalized Design + Renovation plans. Including an in-home walkthrough of the new layout.
With a team dedicated to innovation, we design for the things you didn’t even know to ask for. We focus on lifestyle-first solutions—storage that anticipates your routines, layouts that support how you actually live, and materials that stand up to daily wear and tear.
During this stage, we use our expertise to plan the best renovation experience in Charlotte, NC. This includes creating floor plans, cabinetry layouts, utility specs, blueprints, and construction documents.
4. SELECTIONS
Here’s where it gets really fun! We manage your investment and wishlist to make material selections that are just right for your space.
An updated Construction Agreement and Scope of Work are sent with your specific selections after the full Design Plan is complete.
5. CONSTRUCTION
To ensure the highest level of care for our clients, we have strong working relationships with multiple award-winning Licensed General Contractors who handle the day to day construction aspect of the project. We also personally visit your project at vital construction times to ensure the design vision and all the details are just right.
Every in-house client is provided a customized Client Portal with access to updates and invoices to ensure you have everything you need to stay in the know about your investment right at your fingertips.
INVESTMENT: Custom estimates provided by our partner General Contractors.
6. DESIGN INSTALLATION
At the completion of your project, we will be on-site to direct the finishing process. This is where the space starts to feel like home again with a few accessories and final touches. We may even have a photographer on location.
After it’s complete, we will reveal your space, sign closure documents, and then it’s all yours to enjoy!
This process is so streamlined and simple that any clients come back to us year after year for their next kitchen, bath, or remodel phase.
