We’ve created an all-inclusive Full Service Design + Renovation Experience focused on reducing the inherent stress of renovations. Our process is designed to create confidence and open communication throughout your renovation.
We do not participate in the common construction environment of low balling or intentionally leaving out parts of the project just to win the job- sacrificing the caliber of materials and workmanship for a few dollars. If pinching every single penny is the paramount focus of a project, we may not be the best fit. High quality work at a fair price is our priority.

Full Service Design + Renovation in 6 Simple Steps
1. Welcome Call
Let’s get to know one another! Our 30 minute Welcome Call will allow time to introduce your project, answer questions, and work toward an estimated average price range for your project.
You are about to embark on a new relationship with a team who will be working in your home and caring for your financial investment. The Welcome Call will ensure we are a good match for your needs and your project is within our areas of expertise.

2. Project Development
Your project is a major investment, and we want everyone to understand it fully. We provide an honest, thorough evaluation of your space for an accurate estimate based on your preferences and our findings.
The Project Development Process includes an on-site evaluation for code upgrades, utility inspection, 3D floor plan documentation, measurements, and a discussion of your goals. In a follow-up Zoom call, you’ll see a visual rendering and first look at the new layout.
We then outline a full Scope of Work and ranged estimate for review, involving our General Contractor and Design team.
INVESTMENT: Starting at $480 per space—credited to your contract. Engineering services not included.
3. Design Plan
We bring your dream to life by finalizing your personalized Design + Renovation Plan and Scope of Work. Ensuring our clients are clear and confident in their Design + Renovation Plan is vital to the success of the project.
During this time, we lean into our expertise to prepare the best renovation experience offered in Charlotte, NC including floor plans, cabinetry layouts, utility specs, and construction documents.
4. Selections
Here’s where it gets really fun! We manage your Project Investment and Design + Renovation Plan in order to make material selections that are just right for your space. Some travel to showrooms for viewing materials may be necessary.
An updated Construction Agreement and Scope of Work are sent with your specific selections after the full Design Plan is complete.
5. Construction
To ensure the highest level of care for our clients, we have strong working relationships with multiple award-winning Licensed General Contractors who handle the day to day construction aspect of the project. We also personally visit your project at vital construction times to ensure the design vision and all the details are just right.
Every client is provided a customized Client Portal with access to updates and invoices to ensure you have everything you need to stay in the know about your investment right at your fingertips.
INVESTMENT: Custom estimates provided by our partner General Contractors. Full scale kitchen renovations beginning at $75,000 and primary bathroom renovations beginning at $40,000.
6. Design Installation
At the completion of your project, we will be on-site to direct the finishing process. This is where the space starts to feel like home again with a few accessories and final touches. We may even have a photographer on location.
After it’s complete, we will reveal your space, sign closure documents, and then it’s all yours to enjoy!
