You know that space in your home that’s fine… you know it’s lacking wow factor, but can’t put your finger on why? For our clients, it was their main floor powder room. Since most guests use this space, it was important to make an impression while still incorporating the space into the feel of the home. They let us work our magic, giving the reins on design all to Sarah, and the end result is just perfect- classic and clean with a little surprising pop of color. Take a closer look and maybe it’ll inspire your next renovation!
If you know us, you know we love Kohler, and not just because their headquarters are in our home state- Wisconsin. Their products are premium in every way. Appearance, craftsmanship, and longevity. We selected the beautiful Kohler Tempered wide spread faucet in chrome. Chrome is a traditional choice, but brings such a warmth to simple spaces. We absolutely love it.
The mirror, by Uttermost, is a perfect blend of simple and sophisticated with its dual toned frame and the lighting is simple, but timeless with its fabric shades. Capital lighting, as pictured here, is one of our favorite vendors for their balance of price point and quality.
Circling back to Kohler, we have to feature this toilet. Normally we don’t spotlight such a selection, but the Kohler Reach is the best one piece out there for a very reasonable investment- incredibly easy to clean without all the indents and grooves and sits at “comfort height” making it easy to use.
Did you see it? The green ceiling that is. The subtle color is the pop this room needed to feel extra special. Sherwin Williams Contented was the ideal complement for the framed linen art and the cozy white space.
