Company Summary:

Beyond Home Services is a well-established boutique home renovation company with an additional portfolio of investment properties and a partnership with a premium Design firm, Home Theory. Together, the companies offer a superior renovation experience with an emphasis on client experience and excellence in project results.

Position Summary:

Essential company position primarily providing administrative business and personal operations support. This position represents the company and its owners, and regularly interacts with clients, contractors, business partners, management, and employees. The position requires professional and courteous conduct at all times, excellence in customer service delivery, and a self-starter mindset that can anticipate needs in business and personal lives. This is not an entry level position and requires a strong history of executive administrative experience.

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 8am – 1pm, with opportunity for additional hours as needed.
  • Possibility to increase to a full time position with additional responsibilities in the future.

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative and business support and coordination including, but not limited to:

  • Material ordering
  • State required filings and paperwork
  • Communication with business partners and personal relations
  • Employee and 1099 file management
  • Creating blogs, light social media posts, and company newsletters
  • Managing email inboxes
  • Utilizing construction management software and/or tracking systems
  • Company and personal data management
  • Maintaining subcontractor agreements and insurance logs
  • Planning company and personal activities and events
  • Pickups and deliveries of product samples to job sites, vendors, and clients
  • Scheduling for business and personal calendars
  • Invoices
  • Attending in person monthly meetings and networking events
  • Assisting the Design team in staging projects for photography
  • Sending client approvals, contracts, and documents

Provides customer service support and coordination including, but not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls on a forwarded company line
  • Screening potential clients/projects
  • Responding to emails and voicemails
  • Progressing vendor and client relationships
  • Attending in person client and vendor meetings
  • Managing client retention program

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support or project management

  • Proficient with Google Drive, Canva, Zoom, and Social Media
  • Ability to multitask and work under time constraints
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  • Background check required

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with construction processes and materials
  • Knowledge in construction management software

Work Environment:

Some travel within the Charlotte Metro area is required. More than 50% of the position is remote business and personal administrative support.

Benefits:

This position is part time and not eligible for company benefits.

Reports to:

Owners of both partner companies- Home Theory and Beyond Home Services

Salary range:

$26-32 per hour based on experience and expertise.
